This privacy statement applies to visitors of our website, customers, prospects, suppliers, newsletter subscribers, job applicants, and employees.

 

3. Personal data we process

3.1 Website visitors
We process IP addresses, browser and device information, visited pages, server logs, and data submitted through forms. This information is used for security and communication purposes.

3.2 Contact form
Via het contactformulier verwerken wij naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer (indien opgegeven), bedrijfsnaam (indien opgegeven) en de inhoud van het bericht. Deze gegevens worden maximaal 12 maanden bewaard.

3.3 Customers, prospects, and suppliers
We process, among other things: name, job title, company name, address details, email, phone number, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number, bank details, communication records, visit reports, and quotation, order, and invoice data.

3.4 Newsletter subscribers
We process your name, email address, company name, and language preference. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.

3.5 Job applicants
We process CVs, motivation letters, contact details, and relevant work and education information.

3.6 Employees
To execute employment contracts, we process personal and address details, citizen service number (BSN), ID copies, salary and bank details, pension and insurance information, and HR documentation.

 

4. Why we process personal data (legal bases)

• Customer and contract data: duration of the relationship + 7 years
• Marketing contacts: up to 5 years after last interaction

• Job applications: 4 weeks (up to 1 year with consent)
• Website logs: up to 12 months

 

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data when necessary, with hosting providers, IT service providers, cloud and email providers, ERP/CRM vendors, newsletter software, marketing tools, accountants, payroll administrators, and pension providers. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties.
