In-plant cleaning

Companies in the food, non-food or chemical industry have very different demands regarding cleaning systems and processes. Therefore in-plant cleaning requires a 'tailor-made' approach. Stationary high pressure systems with spray guns
A stationary high pressure system combined with a ring circuit and spray guns forms an ideal solution in many factories. Depending on the situation cold or hot water, detergent, foam or disinfection liquids can be applied. There are many different options available with respect to high pressure pumps and system configuration. 

High pressure systems with rotor jets / reactor cleaning
In-plant equipment such as production tanks, cyclones, silos, centrifuges, reactors and mixing- and agitation systems all need to be cleaned regularly, especially in case of batch production. Adequate cleaning solutions can be realised using rotor jets and related cleaning hardware. Low pressure / CIP systems
In many in-plant settings low pressure systems proof to be more than adequate for various cleaning situations. Gröninger offers CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems for the cleaning of several types of process installations. These CIP systems can be easily integrated with existing technical installations.

Cargo heating
During production and/or storage many products need to be kept at a stable temperature level. Gröninger Cleaning Systems offers heating systems based on steam, hot water and electricity.

Parts cleaning
Factories face a wide variety of filthy parts, components, tools, production means, etc. They require regular cleaning.
