Explosion safe "Ex" cleaning systems
Gröninger also develops and builds systems for ATEX zones / environments. These systems are applied in the shipping and offshore industry and in a plant environment where explosion risk exists. In these systems “Ex” components, liked armoured control cabinets and dedicated heating elements, are applied. The materials and components are also selected based on their performance in an environment with aggressive substances or based on their water resistance at sea. over many years Gröninger has built up a strong reputation is this specific field. 

 

Mobile cleaning containers / cleaning units
For several customers Gröninger Cleaning Systems has developed fully mobile washing containers. Such a container has numerous advantages like its 'Plug & Play Principe', mobility and flexibility to quickly change from one cleaning method to another. Latex cleaner / synthetic resins cleaner / MDI clenaer /Polyol cleaner
Latex and some other products have some tricky characteristics when it comes to cleaning. Gröninger Cleaning Systems has developed a cleaner for latex,  synthetic resins, MDI and plyol in order to effectively clean the container interior. A circulation system with a special solvent and rotor jets removes all dried up product remnants. The latex and other remnants are filtered out with a coarse and a fine filter, so the solvent can be reused. A single batch can be used to clean a large number of tanks. The efficiency of this installation is over and over again proven in practice. The system also works for a solvent with a high pH value and a minimal temperature of 80 °C. Because of personal and material safety reasons this system was designed as a closed circuit.

Parts cleaning
On a daily basis service stations and factories are facing a wide range of filthy parts, tools, components, means of production, etc. Not only do these products differ in how filthy they are but there are also very different demands for cleaning result. Foodstuffs for example sometimes require disinfection. Gröninger has a thorough experience in this field and offers customized solutions. In some cases it is possible to apply the technology from previous projects as the basis for a new solution or invention.
