IBC / barrel cleaning

Within the food, non-food and chemical industry and at logistical and environmental service providers, there is a large variety in cleaning demands. Gröninger Cleaning Systems offers professional, customized installations for cleaning of IBCs and barrels, anticipating case specific needs and requirements. Barrel cleaning installations
Barrels can be categorised into barrels with fill-opening, lid barrels and garbage containers. The categorization is required in order to select the appropriate type of cleaning installation. In addition to specific systems there are also combi-cleaners available for different types of barrels. IBC cleaning installations
Gröninger IBC cleaners are very flexible and are easily integrated with other cleaning systems. Installations vary from relatively simple systems with rotor jets to ultra-modern and fully automated cleaning cabins. A special variant is the acid cabin. Drying and disinfecting are applicable to improve the cleaning result. It is also possible to place the IBC cleaner in a casing, which will prevent contamination of the working environment. Gröninger can offer you a lot in this respect. We do not just supply the cleaning system istelf, but based on our broad experience we also provide useful advice on items like construction, logistics and ergonomics.

Acid Circulation Cabin
The Gröninger Acid Circulation Cabin is designed for cleaning of extremely filthy IBC's (e.g. as a result of MDI). The polyester cabin has two front doors and is placed on a construction which holds a stainless steel acid circulation tank. In the cabin IBC's are rinsed under low pressure with 90-98 % sulphuric acid. This way even the most challenging product remnants can be removed effectively. The cabin has several (personal) safety features and is very easy to operate.

Systems for small-scale chemical waste (SSCW) and waste deposits
Municipal SSCW stations or waste deposits are confronted with numerous types of bins, barrels, containers and other casings to be cleaned. Also the deposit site itself has to be kept in good and proper condition. Gröninger offers practical solutions that effectively perform different cleaning functions. This saves costs and at the same time offers flexibility.
